Well if you are disappointed with this you will be glad to know that burgs got major improvements to our LI legacies, including that you now can get addle cooldown to 5 sec and 75% inductions.
Насколько я понимаю, дебаф на время применения умений можно будет увеличить до 75%. Бойтесь ХМы!!!
