Do characters acquire new skills between levels 76-85?

We have many new skills for each class specific to Mounted Combat, and a new contextual hotbar to minimize skill overload.

In addition to the Mounted Combat skills, we're developing three new or improved skills for each class. For example, a couple ideas we’re currently experimenting with include: making Sword and Staff a passive skill for Lore-masters at level 40 and improving Hunter’s Desperate Flight to include your entire Fellowship.

What can players expect from end-game in RoR?

We're developing a brand new end-game in Riders of Rohan that allows for solo or group players to choose from a variety of content. This includes—but isn't limited to—Mounted Combat, challenging group encounters, peaceful moments with new Fishing quests, and even the opportunity to help build a Rohirric outpost in the wilds. We're also creating new and exciting rewards for these pieces of end-game content.

Will there be a new tier of Crafting?

Yes! New tiers include armor sets at levels 80 and 85, Tier 8 crafting tools, and we’ve been sure to include a crafted relic for tanking.

Will there be any changes to PvMP, and if so, what kinds?

PvMP is getting a pretty substantial content update; we're reworking the Ettenmoors capture mechanics to focus your rewards around killing other players – not killing NPCs.

Will Riders of Rohan feature new skirmishes?

It’s important for each Rohan quest hub to have its own flavor and memorable encounters. So, currently, there are no new skirmishes in the works as considerable energy is being channeled into new story-based spaces and instanced quests for LOTRO's new sprawling Rohan region.

As with our previous expansions, we will continue to create additional content within the new region after launch.

Are there any forthcoming new instances/raids?

Yes! We have a new instance cluster planned for later this year as part of our regular LOTRO content updates.

Are there currently any new legendary skills in the works?

We may have some tweaks and upgrades, but have no plans for new legendary skills.
