So possessing a 1st age, level 75, 2-hand sword when nobody on the server has ever completed any tier 2 challenge in any of the wings, then it would have to have been obtained by cheating?

yle="font-style:italic">As has been stated previously, the Symbol of the Elder King has a chance to drop off Tier 2 and Challenge chests of the Tower of Orthanc raid, with the chance of getting a Symbol depending on the chest and difficulty (ex: Lightning Tier 2 has a small chance of dropping a Symbol, while Saruman Challenge has a 100% chance to drop a Symbol.) They are not a 100% drop (aside from Saruman Challenge), nor will they drop on Tier 1 difficulty.

At the same time, this player is most likely not "cheating." I'll leave the rest up to the player-base to discover.
