New level 83 skill for Hunters: Cry of the Hunter - Self Targeted AoE. adds a 5sec daze, Low Cut movement speed slow. Also adds a 10sec 10% movement speed buff and a small morale bubble (~1500 at 85). Inductions are not set back while the bubble exists.
