Не совсем понятно за что банить. Если аванка можно взять с собой и выпустить в любой точке игры, то его выпускание это не баг, а штатное поведение, а то что ты его выпустил в Бри или у кого-то дома, так то не к тебе вопросы. Если бы разработчики этого не хотели они бы спокойно блокировали возможность его выпускать в Бри или Шире.

That said, I'd also like to remind everyone that starting flame wars in threads and discussing actions that may lead to griefing are no-nos for the forums. We do this in order to limit other users finding out about these actions and being tempted to try it themselves.

Так что банить конечно не будут, но все же аванки в бри в планы разработчиков не входили.
