новые изменения в f2p

The Ettenmoors (PvMP)
* The Ettenmoors region has been removed from the game.
* To compensate those that did enjoy this aspect of the game, we've added a new game available during festival seasons: "Pie Fights". These games can only be played by hobbits under level 10, who will try to hit each other with pies. We've found this to be much more entertaining to watch and we think you'll be happy with these changes.
Crafting
* All crafting skill levels have been reset to be fair to the new F2P players (we want to keep things fair between all players).
* Crafting times have been adjusted to be more in line with real world applications. To quell the anger of all those people that said "crafting is great, but can I really make a breastplate in 2 minutes?", we've at least tripled the amount of time it takes to execute each recipe. Larger recipes have had their time adjusted even more. To craft a breastplate, for example, now requires at least 34 hours.
* To make up for this change, crafting experience values have been increased! Recipes that used to give 6 cxp now give 8! Old 8 cxp recipes now give 12 cxp!
Legendary Items
Legendary Item Revamp! You asked for it, and here it is!
* Legendary Items were too common, we agree. They didn't feel legendary enough when they were dropping everywhere. We've reduced landscape drops by 95%.
* Legendary Items also don't feel legendary when every other barter vendor has tons of them laying around. We've removed all Legendary Item Barter Vendors from the game.
* In order to increase attachment to your legendary items, we've increased the ixp by a factor of 3. This way, leveling up an item becomes a real accomplishment, and something be proud of.
* Item Experience Runes have been removed from the game, as these didn't make any sense with the lore, and most people complained about not getting enough ixp on deconstructing anyways. (Note: This includes those ixp runes that have been stockpiled in inventories and vaults.)
* All Relics are now craftable! By that, we of course mean that tier 1 relics are craftable at a large cost for Supreme Master Metalsmiths.
* Relics are no longer available from other sources. We feel they weren't regarded as "worthwhile" enough a reward from dungeons and instance spaces.
* Symbols of Celebrimbor have had their drop rates reduced to remain stay in line with "less common, more legendary" Legendary Items!
Mounts &Travel Routes
* Swift Travel options have been removed as they ruin immersion.
* All horse travel routes have been slowed down to help equalize travel times in the game with travel times in the books. -- For example, we expect it to take approximated 4 days to travel via stable from Bree to Rivendell.
* Mounts have had their run speed's adjusted to be in line with the changes to player run speeds.
* To make mounts more believable, if you have a mount skill available to you, you will have a horse following behind your character at all times. If you get into combat, the horse will run away. To receive access to your mount(s) again, you must return to town, where he will be retrievable from a stable master for a small fee.
* Note: You can only have 1 mount visible at a time, and each time you exit combat, and have a mount skill that has not been disabled due to a horse running away, another of your mounts will run up to you. This will provide a benefit to those characters that have collected many mounts.
