Скрин скинь. Мудрость совета хилит на 2.5к примерно, ну пусть 3к. Если эти 3к для тебя 60% от твоего хп, то у тебя 5к хп чтоль? Или ты криты имеешь ввиду?

Народ я вот что понять то не могу, в МК скилы будут теже что и обычно или там дадут совершенно новые умения? Ну в зависимости от прокачки лошадки.
или это будут видоизменёные старый скилы?)

В конном бою будут другие (новые) умения, нежели есть сейчас. Также, для обычного боя (пешего) будет по 3 улучшения старых умений для каждого класса.

RELEASE NOTES

General
Channeling skills no longer perform an initial pulse as soon as they start channeling. To compensate for this, all channeling skills are receiving an extra tick.
(Beta Only) Fixed various issues revolving around non-mounted-combat skills feeling significantly more sluggish than live. Two specific issues that should be fixed now: Warden Gambit-builders should feel the same speed as Live. If you queue a skill while inducting on another skill, you will no longer interrupt the induction animation.
You can once again interrupt inductions with immediate skills even if the initially-selected target for the skill was not valid (but the actual target is). For example, a minstrel with an enemy selected will be able to interrupt their own induction with a Chord of Salvation (because the true target is the minstrel, not the selected enemy).
This is the patch note that this post deserves, but not the one it needs right now.
Inductions Setbacks have been modified to prevent skills from being setback indefinitely. Inductions now suffer a 50% set back on first hit, 25% setback on second hit, and are immune to setback after that.
Guardian's Stances suffer a 25% setback on the first two hits and then are immune.
The Ale Association chamber has gained some members. Parties are starting!
Higher level monster kills (post-60) now award more experience.
The caps on Outgoing Healing, Tactical Mastery and Physical Mastery have been increased.
Classes
MC = Changes that apply to Mounted Combat only

Burglar
MC - Fixed a typo in Discipline: Rohirrim.
MC - Corrected errant text in the tooltip for Discipline: Riddermark.
MC - Corrected errant text in the tooltip for Discipline: Red Dawn.
MC - Corrected a typo in the tooltip for Keen Strike.
MC - Added information on the bonuses gained from the presence of Trick: Strategem and added qualifying text to the tooltip.
MC - Using Strategic Strike will no longer give mounted fervor to the burglar when the skill is used.
Some skills have had their power costs reduced.
Mischievous Delight's Power over Time has been increased.

Captain
MC - Cleaned up the tooltip for Measured Attack.
MC - Fixed typos and grammar issues for the Disciplines.
MC - Fixed Discipline: Rohirrim to use the correct buffs. This Discipline no longer increases mount power.

Champion
MC - Fervour Pips are now applied into the fervour bar when players use fervour building skills or use their auto-attack.
MC - Fixed typos and grammar issues in the tooltip for Sundering Blow.
MC - Fixed the grammar on the skill Destabilizing Strike.
They are cashed out when the fervour draining skills are used.
Hamstring now benefits from the Targeted Melee Skills range legacy.
(Bullroarer Only) Fervour, Ardour and Glory have seen the amount of ICPR they give from 76-85 increased. For example, Fervour now gives approx 2450 ICPR at level 85, up from 2249.
Improved Bracing Attack's Heal over Time has been increased by approx. 20%.
Second Wind's power restored per tick has been increased across all levels.
Vigour of Champion now doubles the power restored by Second Wind, and the trait's text has been updated to reflect this.

Guardian
MC - Discipline: Rohirrim now increases mount armour by 250 instead of 200.
MC - The effects for Staggering Slash have been moved to be on critical effects. This was the intended role of these effects all along.
MC - Fixed a tooltip issue in Discipline: Red Dawn.
(Beta Only) Fixed Guardian's Improved Thrust to actually do more damage than Thrust.

Hunter
MC - Flay Open, while in Discipline: Rohirrim, will no longer restore a percentage of hunter and war-steed morale. Instead the skill will restore a greater amount of health.

Lore-master
MC - Bond of the Rider now restores power to Lore-master/Steed and fellowship member's and steeds instead of morale.
MC - Sign of Power: Inspiration no longer restores a percentage of health or power. Instead there is a flat value returned.
Power of Knowledge and Improved Power of Knowledge will now display exact values.
Minstrel
MC - Anthems no longer trigger a loss of momentum when they are cast.
MC - The Minstrel skill "Song of the Hammerhand" will now negate damage setback while attempting to summon your war-steed.

Rune-keeper
MC - Riddermark has been improved to 10% Crit Chance and Crit Damage. Lightning skills now have a slightly better chance to crit and a slightly higher amount of critical damage.
(Beta Only) Runekeeper skill Distracting Winds will now lower threat appropriately.
The Runekeeper legendary trait, You Shall Fall to Our Wrath, has had its tooltip updated to match what the trait actually does.
Fall to Winter now reduces Block, Parry, Evade and Resistance.
Fall to Storm now increases incoming critical hit chance.
Fall to Flame now increases incoming damage.

Warden
MC - A race condition existed between a dispel of an effect and the effect that granted the bonus offered from the Red Dawn version of Skill of the Eorlingas. This has been fixed so that the buff will now correctly apply.
MC - Halt the Charge should now also halt the movement of un-mounted targets as well as mounted targets.
All Warden Interrupt Gambits have been converted to "Fast" skills.

Mounted Combat
(Beta Only) Fixed a problem where slotting mounted combat traits would allow you to reap their benefits even while not mounted.
Quick stop is now granted at the outset of the tutorial.
Spur On is now granted to players completing the MC tutorial.
Decreased the player power costs for all mounted combat skills.
The skill Quick Stop will now function in the same manner that double-tapping the S-key or the down arrow keys.
Most Toggle skills will now be suppressed when getting onto a war-steed. This means that the toggle skills will return to an active state when you leave your mount either through force or choice.
War-steed can no longer be summoned in the Ettenmoors.
Monsterplay
Infamy & Commendation Diminishing Returns
Diminishing Returns have been modified to reduce the value of a defeated target by 10% per death. Changed from 1/.9/.9/.75/.75/.5/.5/.2/.2/0 to 1/.9/.8/.7/.6/.5/.4/.3/.2/.1/0.
Reduced the amount of delay between skill plays to improve responsiveness.
Blackarrow
Fixed an bug in Keen Eye that prevented the full Damage buff from being applied. Keen Eye should now increase ranged skill damage appropriately.
Warleader
Banner of Terror's damage debuff has increased from 3% to 10%.
Command Post's damage debuff has increased from 3% to 10%, its ICPR and ICMR buff have been increased, it no longer reduces incoming damage and its power cost has been increased.
Banner of Horror now debuffs unified Resistances and for a greater amount and now debuffs Physical & Tactical Mitigations for a greater amount.
Point-defence now grants a Physical and Tactical Mitigation buff, grants a unified Resistances buff, has had its Block/Parry/Evade buff increased, and its power cost increased.
Reaver
Wrath, Glory in Victory, Time-Out, Blood Lust: Removed the animation to ensure the Reaver can utilize the full buff duration.
Reduce skill delay after using any of the Reaver's buffs and Defeat Event skills- this will make the subsequent skill plays significantly more responsive.
Increased animation speed of the Reaver's attacks and reduced delay between attacks for quick strikes. To compensate for the increased attack speed, overall damage has been reduced by 5%.
Warleader
Aura of Command now grant 5% Bonus Health and the Armour buff has been increased

Legendary Items
MC Bridle -- Motivation Through Aggression Healing Legacy has been replaced with Motivation Through Aggression Healing Chance Legacy.
MC Bridle -- Adjusted the rank up values on the Survivability Damage Shield Chance legacy.
Hunter -- (Beta Only) Hunter Legendary trait Explosive Arrow now behaves correctly with Improved Distracting Shot.
Items
Landscape Soldier Tokens now have a 1 second cooldown on use.
(Bullroarer only) Mounted LIs will now drop from sentient monsters on landscape level 75 and above (trolls, orcs, brigands, etc.)
(Beta Only) Scaling items dropped through remote loot should now be scaled properly. There are still some kinks in the examination tooltips to work out.
Locked Lootboxes have been improved. Drops from locked lootboxes should be much better, on average, than before.

Instances, Raids, and Skirmishes
Skirmishes
We have increased the speed at which a skirmish soldier reacts to the Direct Soldier command.

Music, Graphics, and FX
Adding the horn mesh for the mounted steed summon. We've put it on a shared VFX script with a switch for the races.
There should no longer be a seam in Rohan Interiors with the sloped high pieces.
More special FX have been added to wagons.
Shields will no longer show dye and pattern information when examined in the vault. Dyes will now show their dye color when examined in the vault.
Fixing a bug with the sand volume accepting fog, and also making them more visible. That part wasnt part of the bug, but it was very hard to see.
The Invigorate skill should no longer cause animation issues with any of the playable races.
User Interface
Added a new Game Option under Options > UI Settings > Misc called "Enable New Item Highlighting". This option defaults to ON (checked). Players can uncheck this option to disable highlighting for new inventory items arriving in their inventory bags.
(Beta Only) The ""N"" Floaty Names toggle should now play nicely with the "Selection Indicator" option.
(Beta Only) The Overhead Selection Indicator will now change states based on whether you have auto-attack turned on.
When attempting to slot a legendary item that is not identified, players will now be informed of why the action is failing.
When attempting to use target skill forwarding to assist a player in another area or instance, a useful error message will be properly displayed.
Entering mouselook mode or clicking in the 3d game area will remove focus from any element that has focus. This means that if you are typing in the browser window and enter mouselook mode, you will be able to use the keyboard for movement at that point.
(Beta Only) Remote loot window no longer looks terrible when the main window is resized.
The French and German clients now properly allow the showing or hiding of task board locations in the map.

Traits and Deeds
(Beta Only) Fixing a bunch of skills not being affected by traits properly. (For example, Force of Personality not correctly increasing DoT duration for warden gambits.)

Quests
(Bullroarer Only) Items -- Additional flavor text has been added to some quest rewards.
(Beta Only) The "Digging For Iron" quest's iron chunks no longer go into your inventory.

Я правильно понял, что после 3 сбиваний кастующегося умения оно уже не будет прерываться?? Оскверов тогда никто не убьёт)
