Если совсем грубо, можно перевести как "общие". Но идею выражает.

Mounted Combat is an important system to us and in the future you can expect to see changes and additions to it. During the design and implementation of the system there were many ideas left on the table in the interest of time. The curse of the designer is that of having too many ideas and never enough time or resources to try them all out. Thanks to the continual development of LotRO, it is inevitable that some of our unrealized ideas will be implemented in the future. Неизвестно, будут ли B5.3 патчноуты, но вот пара интересных моментов из фокус-гайда:

Changes were made in the way the Auction House loads.

Currently on the Live servers, the Auction House loads when the game client opens.
The new loading has the Auction House load when you go to open it up.

The tavern has an addition! Our NEW East Rohan room.

You can get there by using the Horse next to the door to the Isengard Room door.
Inside you should find Sleepy – our level 85 NPC, complete with goodies – and a reputation bestowing NPC.

То есть я так поняла, что теперь содержимое аука будет грузиться в момент его открытия, а не к момент заходя на перса? И это сократит время прогрузки персонажа?

ну как и в банке. Я же не каждый раз как захожу на перса лезу в банк или на аук. )

Там идет ап до 85 уровня, хороший крафт во все слоты, добродетели до 16 и пара легендарок, плюс можно репу апнуть со всеми фракциями.
