If more than 24 hours has passed and you believe that the Points are still missing, then please contact the Billing Support team. Loyalty Points and monthly VIP Points are not linked in any way. You can get one, or the other, or both or neither depending on your eligibility. For more information on the Loyalty Point requirements, please visit this site. How can I track Point changes? At this point we do not have a way for you to track the Point changes on your account. We have taken note of player feedback and will look to incorporate something like this in the future. How do I know I got my Points? Though we are currently working on a process, please note that at this time there is no notification sent when VIP Points are added to your account. You can take note of your monthly billing date or billing anniversary (which you should be aware of anyway) and around that date you can note the number of Points you have when you log out of the game, and then take note of the Points you have the next time you log in. If you believe your Points allocation is incorrect, our Billing Support Team can confirm if the VIP Points were granted, and when, however it is likely faster to simply track the Points yourself. I started a subscription after Free to Play launched but didn't get any Points – why is that? We will be crediting players who have taken out or renewed a subscription in the period since Free to Play launch (1am GMT, 2nd November, 2010) within the next few weeks as these need to be processed separately. If you have a multi-month subscription, please also see this other FAQ entry for more information on multi-month VIP Points. I had a multi-month subscription already in place when you went Free to Play – do I get any Points for the months of subscription paid for that fall in the time post Free to Play launch? All eligible players will receive VIP Points for any complete months of subscription remaining since Free to Play launch, (1am GMT, 2nd November, 2010). For example: If John had an active 3-month subscription which had started a couple of weeks before Free to Play launched, then he would have two full months of subscription remaining which overlapped into Free to Play. In this case, John would have received two months' worth of points (1000 Points). If George had a 6-month subscription which had started just over 5 months ago before Free to Play launched, then he would have no full months of subscription remaining at launch and hence would not be granted any VIP Points. These Points will be issued within the next few weeks. I'm a Lifetime subscriber, when do I get my VIP Points? Lifetime subscribers get their Points on or around the first day of each month. Lifetime subscribers do not need to do anything in order to receive VIP monthly Points, they will automatically be delivered regardless if you log in or not as long as your account is opened and is in good standing, (not banned or suspended). I have a multi-month subscription, when do I get my VIP Points? VIP Points for multi-month subscriptions are granted 500 Points x the number of complete months within the period since LOTRO Free to Play launch (1am GMT, 2nd November, 2010). Multi-month subscribers receive all their Points at once at the beginning of the billing period. For example: Smitty’s billing date is on the 20th, and he is on a 3-month multi-month subscription plan. When his payment for the 3-month subscription has cleared, he’ll get three months' Points, (1500 Points) all in one go. When are payments processed? Depending on your selected payment provider, payments are usually processed immediately or around the same time as the original agreement was set up for repeating subscriptions. When you reinstate or upgrade to VIP, your card should be charged immediately, so the Points should be granted shortly afterwards. (Please note that some payment providers can take a few days to process your payment). For example: If Duke upgrades to VIP (by clicking the "Re-activate subscription" button on the Account Management page) on the 4th of the month, his card will be charged with whatever billing plan he picks shortly afterwards. He will then receive his Points, (once payment has cleared). When are VIP Points granted? VIP Points are normally granted shortly after payment has cleared on a VIP subscription payment. For players on multi-month subscriptions, you will receive 500 Points x the number of complete months within the period since LOTRO Free to Play launch (1am GMT, 2nd November, 2010) once payment has cleared. (Please note that some payment providers can take up to a few days to clear your payment). Lifetime subscribers will receive their VIP Points automatically on or around the first day of each month. For example: If Duke’s billing date is on the 15th of the month for a single month payment, and his payment is successful, then he will get the Points on the 15th. If Smitty’s billing date is on the 20th, and he is on a 3-month plan, then every three months on the 20th or 21st he’ll get 1500 Points (provided the payment has cleared). If Jane's Lifetime subscription is still open, she will get her VIP Points on or around the 1st of each month. What Points are granted for VIPs? VIPs currently receive 500 Points per month for an active paying subscriber or lifetime account. For players on multi-month subscriptions (paid up front), this will mean 500 Points x the number of complete months within the period since LOTRO Free to Play launch (1am GMT, 2nd November, 2010).

Чтот я всетоки не пойму - марки будут ВИПу давать когда код активируешь по 500 за месяц? А если у меня во время перехода еще несколько месяцев проплачено то хрен? Эт я к тому на сколько подписку покупать)

Если несколько месяцев проплачено, то каждый месяц будет прилетать по 500 до окончания подписки.

Если я правильно поняла пост Ilmar'а, то каждый месяц начисляться ТП будут тем, у кого пожизненная. Тем же, кто проплатил несколько месяцев сразу, ТП будут выдаваться одной суммой за все проплаченные месяцы. Т.е. если купить подписку на 90 дней, то сразу выдадут 1500 ТП.
Хотя, я могу ошибаться) добавлено: Если подписка была активирована до ф2п, то ТП выдадут только за те месяцы (полные), которые будут идти после ф2п.

а вот лично я морально не готов делать скрины всего магазина на текущий момент, разве что если попросят скрины конкретных страниц(но скрины будут с US где уже накатили NU и цены изменились на экспаншен-паки, например)
