В патчноутах мало что есть. Добавили трейты за одинаковые установленные пассивки - тут даже где-то скрины мелькали. По варгам разве что более-менее внятная инфа, собранная коммьюнити:

Где-то там ещё написано было, что большинство скилов крипов переделали в "fast". Встречаем ногориверов?

По достижении 10 уровня можно будет создать своего роханца и им что-то делать. Судя по всему это будет аналогично PvPM сейчас. НЕТ, ЭТО НЕ НОВАЯ PvPM-локация.

Над крипами пока не работали или я хз, получать ривером по лицу от менса 9к и падать с 3х скилов это успех) хп менса больше чем у Чса или псины(все 15р), когда видишь танка с 35к хп начинаешь задумываться кем его вообще убивать?)
или они там четось сломать уже успели насчет крипов

ну в 4 бете у ривера было 35к ХП, мож вернут. с 3мя пороками на антикрит и крит все довольно неплохо

Не они там что то сломали было, после создания крипа все норм, а если играть уже ранее созданным персонажем то там походу неработали пороки отвага бонус ранга, кароче турбина такая турбина)

(+/-) Helm's Deep Beta 5 & 5.1 release Notes
Of Special Note
Stat Caps have been adjusted to account for the jump in item level and new gear stat-ings. As a temporary solution/bridge to these jumps, we have implemented intermediary stat caps as follows for Block, Parry, Evade, and Critical Chance:
Level 1-50: 15%
Level 51-84: 20%
Level 85-95: 25%
At lower levels, rating contributions should remain relatively untouched, but as players approach level cap, they should notice a slightly decreased return of rating to percentage. We will be revisiting stat caps and rating contributions in the near future to allow for a much smoother transition throughout leveling.
General
BETA ONLY: Lowered the new region's quest travel price from 9 to 5
BETA ONLY: Fixed a problem that could cause Big Battles traits to sometimes be active while outside a Big Battle.
BETA ONLY: The solo Epic Battle for The Deeping Wall was starting its secondary objectives later than intended. This has been fixed.
BETA ONLY: Players who have the epic quest sending them to do a Helm's Deep instance will now be able to wait in a shorter queue.
[beta only] Scaling Instances - Hunters and Guardians should now recieve the appropriate types of Rare loot from Scaling Instances.
BETA ONLY: Fixed a case where you could get your mounted combat pet to show up when you aren't mounted.
[BETA ONLY] In the Helm's Dike and the Deeping Coomb Epic Battles, you will now be allowed to ride horses and goats.

Burglar

Warrior's Heart: This skill should now increase your max morale by 10% while also healing you for the same amount. The duration has been reduced to 20s
Redirect: Now has a new animation that should work with all races
War-chant: Now has a new animation
Trait Trees -
Defender of the Free-
Guardian's Defence: Removed the 5% block chance
Tireless Defender: The length of this effect will now increase with the Guardian's Ward duration legacy
Fortification buffs should now have a visual indicator of stack size in their icon
Keen Blade-
Overpower: Removed the 5% parry chance
Bleed debuffs should now have a visual indicator of stack size in their icon
Bleeds will now expire out of combat, rather than tiering down
Thrill of Battle: This effect should only trigger once when using AoE skills
Fighter of Shadow-
Light-touched: Removed the 2.5% block and parry chance
Armour of Laingarth, Armour of the Erebor Shadow-Fighter, and Greater Armour of the Erebor Shadow-Fighter have had their 2-piece bonuses adjusted to provide a 15s reduction to Guardian's Pledge cooldown
The Free-defender's Armour has had its 4-piece bonus adjusted to provide a 20s reduction to Guardian's Pledge cooldown
Warden
[BETA 5 ONLY] Warden - Skills - Surety of Death and Dance of War will be switching builder sequences after all
[BETA 5 ONLY] Warden - Traits - Shields up now grants a 5% block buff for 12s when entering In the Fray
[BETA 5 ONLY] Warden - Skills - Marked Target and Diminished Target now use percentage based debuffs to enemy mitigation. Their associated traits are also percentage based in keeping with this.
Legendary items
[beta only] Legendary Items - Scrolls of Renewal properly say they'll work on level 95 items.
Epic Battles
[beta only] Big Battles - Level 85 pieces of equipment should now properly scale within Big Battles, and should no longer lose potency compared to the item outside of Big Battles.

User Interface
Instance Finder maximum wait times to populate groups have been greatly reduced.
BETA ONLY: The class traits UI will now always size itself to fit inside the game window, even at very small resolutions. You will be able to scroll to see and use the rest of the window if this occurs.
BETA ONLY: Fixed how secondary quests add points to the primary quest in Big Battles. Now, they will stack correctly.
BETA ONLY: The Epic Battles UI will now resize itself to fit inside small windows, and it will then allow scrolling to allow use of all parts of the panel.
BETA ONLY: The Big Battles configuration buttons for Instance Finder should now correctly unghost when you buy the expansion from the store
BETA ONLY: The Encounter Queue has gotten smarter - it now processes solo and group requests from separate queues. The queue position numbers you will get from the queue will be pessimistic so should never go up.
Quest Guiide Examination for monsters and items now includes information for underway deeds as well as underway quests.
Items
[beta only] The Prized Eorlingas and Helmingas Steed items should now have flavor text.
[beta only] Items - Run speed has been removed from all u12 scaling instance jewelry.
[beta only] Items - Items obtained from scaling instances now use the instance's level, not the player's level, to determine potency
Quests
Replaced the lower-level IAXP rune from III.11.10 with the correct higher-level one.
Horn was using the wrong voice clip in III.11.2. Now he talks about the right thing!
Adjusted the animations for Theoden and Grima in III.11.3 to reduce blipping.
Animation fix for Theoden so he stands up straight and tall midway through the III.11.7 instance.
Some appearance fixes for characters in Epic Books 11 and 13.
Fixed a bug where quests in the Broadacres were auto-bestowing the next quest in all cases, rather than bringing up the bestowal dialogue where appropriate.
Added additional wargs to the area around Underharrow.
Bandaged appearance for an NPC hooked up towards the end of Book 13.
Adjustments to the placement of Worried Defenders during III.13.5.
VO fixes for Epic Book 12 NPCs.
