У этой новости куча минусов и самая главная, что анонс фактически за год, раньше сроки были меньше и если действительно не будет нормальных апдейтов каждые месяца два, то до нового левел капа ждать будут если только ф2п игроки(((

Skirmishes – Reconnaissance Reports
“Reconnaissance Reports” contain a thorough analysis of the field of battle, enabling commanders to more efficiently direct the flow of battle. The Reconnaissance Reports reduce the cooldown of the Direct Soldier skill by 25% for 15 minutes. This consumable is exclusive to the LOTRO Store.
“Bandages” can be used as both a reactive and preventative method of protecting oneself from injuries caused by falling.
Using a Bandage removes the movement-impairing injuries caused by falling and provides 60 minutes of immunity from them as well. It’s important to note that these have no effect on item damage caused by falling. They also will not prevent death due to falling too far. This consumable is exclusive to the LOTRO Store.
Появятся расходники, которые только покупаются в шопе. Если повязки очень ситуативная штука (убирает замедление после падения), то уменьшение отката на командование солдатом вещь вполне полезная.
